Take a pan put 1 cup water then water boil add sugar and cardamom powder.
Take a wok put clarified butter hot.
Take a pan add 2 laddle clarified butter,besan and water mix then cook add hot ghee mix and cook .
This method repeat 3 or 4 tym when hot ghee finish.
Take a tray put besan batter press in spatula then cool and set cut in pieces and enjoy.
Then enjoy Mysore Pak.
