Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • Besan 1 cup


  • Clarified butter 2 cups


  • Water 1 cup


  • Sugar 1 cup


  • Cardamom powder 1/2tsp

Directions

  • Take a pan put 1 cup water then water boil add sugar and cardamom powder.
  • Take a wok put clarified butter hot.
  • Take a pan add 2 laddle clarified butter,besan and water mix then cook add hot ghee mix and cook .
  • This method repeat 3 or 4 tym when hot ghee finish.
  • Take a tray put besan batter press in spatula then cool and set cut in pieces and enjoy.
  • Then enjoy Mysore Pak.
